At ProBegins, we offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to return your last received product within 30 days of purchase for any reason. The item can be returned in new or used condition.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If you want a different product, the fastest way is to return the current item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The item must be in the same condition as received, unwashed, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
